One side effect is that I feel a little agitated sometimes after taking it.
One thing I should mention though is that I also take several other supplements, including togkat ali and boron. So it may be the combination of Fadogia Agrestis with those others compounds which is giving me both the benefits and side effects.

Side note, I'm seeing my obliques coming back in like my teenage years! So, in case you don't know, the obliques are harder to get and maintain than abs.
